• Date Changes: I understand plans can shift. If you need to change the date, I’ll accommodate you if my calendar allows. If I can’t, I’ll try to find a suitable guide. If impossible, it’s considered a cancellation, and our policy applies.
• Cancellation Policy Application: My policy comes into effect in case of cancellation.
• Non-Refundable Fees: SumUP handling/service fees are non-refundable.
• Guide Costs: The guide cost is final and not per person. I offer group and school rates, so don’t hesitate to contact me for a personalized quotation.
• Cancel a month before for a full refund (minus €20 admin fees).
• Fifteen days before, get a 50% refund.
• No refund within seven days of the tour.
